consultation free of charge. We do not seek to sell; we seek to serve you
and your event. Our goal is to provide you with the very best support and for our
clients to come back to us every time they need production assistance. If we are
not the best people to help you, we will tell you and we may be able to recommend
others who might be better suited to assist with your requirements.
After our consultation together and upon your request we
will produce a fully detailed and priced scope of works. All projects are
quoted open book and are based on the work, attendances and support contractors
required. Upon agreement a clear
and open contract is prepared. We invoice Pro Forma and On Account.
Close and open co-operation between us is
essential, we will set deadlines as required and work hand in hand with you and
your agents to fulfil the project requirements.
Although we prefer to provide a fixed price for
most projects this may not always be possible. We can quote day rates subject
to contract excluding expenses and travel.
DPS Attendance, Event Licensee Attendance and
Expert Witness Services are priced subject to the event and the witness
particulars.
